Screen Refresh Rate E193FP

I want to connect my PC to TV. To have at the same moment TV and PC display the manual of my videocard explitcly warns that my PC display e.g. Dell E193FP have to support a screen refresh rate of 50 Hz. It seems the E193FP only supports 60 and 75 Hz. How can i be sure? I cannot find the supported refresh rates in the documentation.
