The highest screen resolution supported by Dell E773c is 1024x786 at 85Hz. I would suggest you to change to systems screen resolution to the above mentioned level. Also change the display to Dell E773c from generic PnP Monitor. Click ‘Apply and then click ‘Ok’ to save changes.
You may update the drivers from the disk by following the steps below:
Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen
Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’
Click > sign next to ‘Monitor’
Right click Generic PnP Monitor’ and click ‘Update drivers’
Click ‘Browse my computer for driver updates’
Click ‘Browse’ and select option ‘CD/DVD Drive’
Update the drivers from disk.
Hope this helps. Please reply for any further questions.
