Second monitor moving fuzzy
Recently I've been getting some odd behavior with my second monitor. Usually when I open an email or pdf, but sometimes just in general, the mouse disappears and the screen starts moving fuzziness on the screen until it covers it, and keeps pulsing in and out with the fuzziness. I attached a screenshot, does anyone have any advice? Cables are checked, and the diagnostics say the card is fine, but maybe it's not. Would it be the card or the monitor most likely?

Please provide the computer model as well as the Operating System installed and the Monitors your computer is connected to with your post.

If you swap the monitors around so the physical "second monitor" is now the primary monitor, does the problem go with the monitor or does it stay with the port that a second monitor connects to on PC?
That can help you isolate the problem to the monitor or the video card and PC...
