The Dell error code listing I have does not list a 2000-8010, but all the 2000 error codes listed are video related, so I would suspect yours is also video related. The stop "5C" can also be hardware related or can be a registry problem. As the diagnostics show an error, I would suspect the 5C is also related to the diagnostic error.
The first thing to do is reseat the Video Card and then run the diagnostics again. Reseat - with the PC powered off, open the case and remove the video card, then reinstall making sure it's fully and correctly seated.
If you still are getting errors, replacing the video card would be the next step.
Thanks fireberd. I replaced the video card with the Radeon HD 5450 which is plenty for watching videos on youtube. However, now when I boot the computer I get a blue screen with the following message: Stop: 0x0000005c (0x00003000, 0x00000002, 0x00210009, 0x00000000). Again any help would be appreciated.

"Stop: 0x0000005c (0x0000010b, 0x00000003, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)"
Could be corrupt windows or ram.
I would try a new hard drive at a miniumum.
