Speed between frames, sites...
I've noticed an increasing slowness in moving from one frame, site, program, etc. I would llike to realize a faster transition though I'm pretty much a 'pedestrian' user.
I'm functioning on a 530s with the original; Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family 256 Mb (I have increased mem in phases with marginal improvement only.).
I noticed DELL upgrades (?):

Other devices a greatly more experience and quite beyond me -
