I have a Windows 7. Its an Inspiron 3847. I'm unable to make the *'sticky' and/or 'toggle' options to stay on...so that I can copy a paragraph, for example.
*These are found in the 'Ease of Access' (for options for accessibility like those who need to use number pad for mouse, etc.)
Hi, it was working but stopped. Using the number for the mouse operates properly-'mouse keys'
It is the sticky/toggle key function that aren't working properly. Previously, if I hit shift 2 times it would highlight using the arrow keys. Or use it for continued symbols (above the numbers)

Always include PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
Are you saying Caps Lock isn't working...? Be more specific about what you're trying to do.

I don't think it's designed to work the way you want (just tested it myself with Win 7)
Why are you unable to use a mouse for these activities?

On my system, I have to hit shift 5 times to toggle sticky keys. Try that...
