This happens now and then. Don't worry about it unless it keeps happening or if you have just installed different drivers or hardware.

actually yes, it seems it is a software issue....
maybe you can try booting into safemode, (hit F8 at the dell logo, and then select the option the says safemode, and then select the administrtator option, then you can run system restore i think it would work, you can try that..)
how old is your computer?

It turn out that the newly installed Firewall was the Culprit
I think it is not Compatible with Sp2

frickin stop error.  I spent about an hour troubleshooting that same one tdoay.  Or was that yesterday now.  Ended up narrowing it down to the NIC driver.  What a flippin pain.
