I would uninstall Sonic software and leave it uninstalled for now, use the computer and see if the c5 stop error happens, if it does not, I suggest using another brand of software.

Hi, I did that and this is what showed up

Driver                            Manufacturer
Cdr4_xp.SYS                Sonic Solutions
Cdralw2k.SYS              Sonic Solutions
cdudf_xp.SYS               Sonic Solutions
UdfReadr_xp.SYS        Sonic Solutions
vsdatant.sys                  Zone Labs, Inc

these are from my Roxio Easy CD Creator, and My Zone alarm.
I have uninstalled roxio and reinstalled it and even went to the website for updates and that doesn't seem to fix it.  and even after I uninstalled Roxio I ran the crash analysis again and the top 2 were gone but the other 2 from sonic solutions were still there?
I also uninstalled Zone alarm and then reinstalled it and then the drivers from Zone labs showed up again.
I am still researching where to find updates or why this is, but no luck
I have XP home
Thanks Alot
Kiley
