Studio One 19 wireless Keyboard and mouse not working after installation of Windows 7

I installed a new hard drive (old one was from 2009) in my friends Studio One computer. The installation of Windows 7 went fine and everything worked great. When I did the installation, I used a USB mouse and keyboard. When I try to use the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse that came with the computer, I have no luck. I downloaded software from Dell Support, but it won't install. Not even an error message. In device manager there is an Unknown Device. I am not sure what kind of wireless connection is being used. Can anyone help me with this?
