T3500 Boot problem

I recently installed an EVGA GTX 750 Ti SC  2gb into my T3500, after removing the card (i just wanted to test the fit) I ran into the problem of getting a solid amber light on my power button and a solid green light on 2. I can't get a display signal from 2 different monitors I tried and cannot boot to BIOS. I reinstalled my original graphics card GeForce GTX 3800 Quadro and am still having the same problem. If it was a PSU problem I would expect total shutdown, but fan for the GeForce 3800 Quad graphics card is still running. Any ideas ?

From the T3500 manual:

Solid amber power button = System fault, but Power Supply is good
Green #2 = Possible expansion card failure.

If you have any other expansion cards installed, check to make sure none of them got dislodged when you were swapping video cards.

If that doesn't help, reinstall the video card you want and is correctly seated in its slot and then reset BIOS:

  1. Power off, unplug
  2. Press/hold power button for ~15 sec
  3. Open case and remove motherboard battery
  4. Press/hold power button for ~30 sec
  5. Reinstall battery (right-side-up)
  6. Close case and see if it will boot correctly now

NOTE: If you get any error messages after you reboot, it's likely the default BIOS settings aren't correct for your system. So you will have to go into BIOS setup and change settings appropriately, depending on what error message you receive.
