Can I upgraded CPU E5-2687 W V2 on the T3610?

Read the answers here http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/t/19985857  and here http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/t/20021177 but on May 22, 2017 a new BIOS came out and maybe there is support for this processor? Please reply specialist Dell, tk. I was sent this processor and told that it worked on this workstation.
