T5400 single bit memory error

Hello,

I have T5400 running X5460 with 8GB ram which I recently upgraded to 24GB. 6x4GB HYNIX same series. During startup it gives me error "Single bit memory error on dim 3 or 4..." Problem is that error message is not always displayed. I executed bios diagnostics tool[all tests] which took about 4hours and all tests were passed. After test - restart - error message again. Today hard reset - no error message. I also switched memory chips slot 6 with 4 which helped for two days.
I'm bit puzzled what is wrong and how to fix it ?

Did the error follow the module, or stick to the same slot?

Today no error during start. But it's always 3 and 4 mentioned in error message. Before upgrade slot 3 was used and there was no problem.
