The File Resume.exe

Well, here I sit agen in front of my DELL XPS D233 looking for a file that got infected with a backdoor, but not thats same one, a new,clean one. The file was found in c:/dell.. I am asking for someone to plz send me a fresh file of resume.exe or if one of the disks that I have would have the file
