Hi agostinasepp,

First, I’d suggest that you flash the latest BIOS then latest chipset in sequence in the link given below and run a windows update on your computer for issue resolution.

Dell Inspiron One 2320 BIOS                             : http://dell.to/UgvdZB

Dell Inspiron One 2320 Chipset                        : http://dell.to/SMzi8y

If the above steps do not resolve your issue then I’d like to know if you are finding and yellow bang in the device manager. Please follow the steps mentioned below to check any yellow bang in device manager.

1.     Open ‘Device Manager’ by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type ‘Device Manager’, and then, in the list of results, click ‘Device Manager’.
2.     When the device manager pops up, in the list please check for yellow bang.

If you don’t find any yellow bang in the device manager then run the diagnostics for the hardware on your computer. Please follow the steps below to run the diagnostics for the touch screen.

  1. Open the link http://dell.to/NI55sF
  2. Select ‘Component’ under ‘Choose a Diagnostic Type’.
  3. Select ‘Touch Screen’ under ‘Make a selection’.
  4. Click on ‘Run Diagnostics’ button.
  5. Let me know the results.
