Hi rvandam,

Please reduce the ‘Touch sensitive’ by following the steps below.

Start > control panel > tablet PC settings > under the display tab > configure the pen and touch displays and configure it as per your requirement.

Please let me know if this helps.

When I go to the tablet PC settings I have an option "configure the pen and touch displays". When I click this option, I get a white screen saying (translated from Dutch) "please touch this screen to configure it as touchscreen"

When I touch the screen it exits, without anything noticable happening.

Hi rvandam,

Please let us know the exact model of the system; also send us the screen shot (translated from Dutch) when you’re trying to reduce the touch sensitivity

Thank for the reply!

We have a Inpiron one 2205. When I go to configuration screen --> tablet pc settings, I get de screen from below.

When I press the button configure the screen for pen and touch, I get a white screen (image included below). the white screen says "plase touch the screen to configure it as touch screen". The screen closes after touching. I have been through all options, but there is nowhere an option like "screen sensitivity".
