Trying to print Wyse T10 Ethernet printer RDP

I have one Wyse T10 thin client where users log into an RDP session on a 2008 R2 server. I was able to successfully with support's help get a printer to map. We are using an INI file to map the Star TSP 100 thermal receipt printer that is connected to the network via Ethernet. The printer is shared on a 2008 domain controller with active directory. So now any of the user who log into that station get the printer but when anything is sent to the printer it doesn't print. The queue just says, "error printing". There are no errors in the log to help. Has anyone ever successfully made this work? What could be causing the print jobs to fail? Thanks
