USB Port Hub Not recognized dimension 9100

Hi all, I am having some problem.

I have a USB 2.0 Hub from belkin that works on my VAIO and on my HP desktop but it isnt recognized on my Dimension 9100 running win xp pro sp2.  I applied the current chipset listed for my system?

 

So just to test it out I tried a NYKO USB hub and also the same issue?

 

What can I do?

If you haven't tried already, have you tried connecting it to various ports both front and back?

 

Secondly, do other USB devices seem to work okay on your 9100 (other than the NYKO hub)?

 

Are both hubs unpowered (meaning, get their power from the USB port)?

 

XP Pro SP2 on both the VAIO and HP also?

Yes tried both front and back.

Yes have my iphone connected to it as well as a wireless adapetr as well as an external hardrive.

Yes both are unpowered.

Yes, same set up both are using XP Pro SP2
