Unable to find resolution beyong 1920x1080 + dell optiplex 9020 + amd radeon hd5450
I have problem increasing resolution beyond 1920x1080 . It shows only max resolution as 1920x1080. I have amd radeon hd5450 card installed and I downloaded and installed latest catalyst control center from AMD website. The monitor is Dell U27013hb. The specificatons indicate that it should be supporting resolutions beyond 1920x1080 but I am not getting beyond the above said resolution.
Any helpful ideas will be highly appreciated.

What connector are you using - if HDMI max resolution is 1920x1200 you need to use the dual link DVi for 2560x1600.

Vga to DVI connectors should be cheap (£2.70 on cable universe) - but this will be limited to 2048x1536. Not sure if you are able to get two 2560x1440 monitors to work with a 5450 as this doesn't normally have an additional display port connection - normally need a 5750 at least.

Thanks for your response. I used dual link DVI which came along with u2713HB monitor. I am able to get now 2560x1440 resolution on that monitor. Now I need to connect second same u2713hb monitor using HDMI port and on that I am getting not more than 1920x1080 resolution. My display card(amd radeon hd5450) has only one DVI, one HDMi and one VGA port. I cant Use VGA as I dont have VGA port on Monitor. I donno if buying a VGA to DVI connector would solve the problem?? I have a HDMI cable but thats not supporting resolution beyond 1920x1080 as mentioned earlier.
Any helpful ideas are welcome.
