Unable to start PC: Error Code 0x0 and Problem Signature = 6.1.7600.16385

When i start up my dell it loads past the dell screen my computer asks me weither to load windows normaly or launch windows repair. I click normal startup and it then starts to load the windows flag. Once the flag does its spin around it freeze's then restarts and repeats the process over and over again. When i click launch windows repair it says it repairs then restarts.

I've tried the system restore, image recovery, dell datasafe restore and emergency backup and nothing works.  I am no longer able to start in Safe Mode.

Startup repair gives the following message:
Problem Signature:

Problem Event Signature 02:  6.1.7600.16385
Problem Event Signature 03:  unknown
Problem Event Signature 04:  500
Problem Event Signature 05:  AutoFailover

Diagnosis and repair details:

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi  IA Hawk,

May I know the exact system model and the operating system installed on your computer.

It could be an issue with the software or the hardware of the computer. I would suggest you to run the on-board  diagnostics on the computer to check the hardware functionality.

Restart the computer, press 'F12'  key on the Dell logo -> Select ‘Diagnostics’ from the boot menu -> Please refer to the link if any error code shows up http://dell.to/OUGnqT

You've mentioned that you tried image recovery, Dell DataSafe restore. Did you try to perform PC restore by selecting Dell factory image restore?

Please reply if you have any questions.

This is very common with windows 7 and  Windows update "Marvell 61xx RAID Controller" has removed the IDE/ATA/ATAPI Controllers component from my system, thereby preventing Windows from starting.

Thanks for the quick response.  Yes I did try the restore by selecting Dell Factory image without preserving new or changed files and it didn't work?  I ran the Diagnostics from the F12 menu and it stated all systems were ok.

Any more suggestions?

Have you Tried F8 startup repair?  It could be the drive is dying and startup repair will Kill it entirely.

Depends on what your data is worth to you.

Yes I've tried that and it says Startup Repair can't detect a problem.

I started having the same problem and tried everything the system had to restore itself to only have the problem repeat itself after 1 or 2 times booting up. I tried a couple registry tools from the internet that were supposed to be free only to find out that after they scaned the registry and told me I had hundreds of problems that I needed to buy a pro version of their program to do any repairs. Then I found freewarehome on the internet and downloaded CCleaner absolutely free in just a couple of minuets ran the scan, then the fix and it works beautiful. NO MORE PROBLEM__FREE FREE
