Upgrade optiplex 745

Question

Hello,

I have an Optiplex 745 with a Dell Inc. 0RF703 motherboard and an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 1866 MHz processor, does anyone know where I could find infos about witch other processor my motherboard supports? I found no infos about it on the web... Do you think that I could put an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 on it? Or may be an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650?

The 745 only supports the Core 2 Duo 1066Mhz Fsb E6000 series. NO QUADS.
