Upgrading Graphics Card and RAM in XPS 720 Desktop

Hello,

I'm looking to upgrade the graphics card and add RAM to an XPS desktop from 2007.

Quad 6600 2.4ghz processor / NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS / 4GB RAM

I'd like to make sure I buy parts that will be compatible. For instance, will this graphics card work?

EVGA GeForce GTX 750 1GB GDDR5 128 bit.

If not, which currently available cards would work?
