Upgrading an E510

It's an oldie, but can't seem to find technical specs as far as upgrading CPU.

Was hoping last BIOS would up the memory speed, but seems like 533 DDRAM is fastest?

If anyone knows if I can put a dual-core proc on this board, I'd appreciate it.

it's all original, has a 3 gig prescott in it at present

I'm probably going to add a better video card than the x600 in it, and at least double memory
