What are you trying to do with the system? What is the rest of your system like? There are a number of good cards available, but it really depends on what you're going for.

First of all, I may be wrong, but did you mean the B 110 entry level system  ?  No such thing as a 8 110 system......

That limits you to the 6200 PCI only video card for the best you can get for that system.
