Video Card

Question

I would like to purchase a video card to down load digital pictures from my sony Digital video camera. I need a video card that has 3-RCA plugs. 2- for sound and 1 for video. I have a Compac computer that came with a video card with the 3 RCA plugs. I use Ulead photo express with the card and works great. I would like to spend between $100-$150. Thanks Dennis O
