Vostro 200 MiniTower PCI Express
Vostro 200 Mini Tower
I need a cheap PCI Express card for a DUAL MONITOR SETUP.
How would I know if this is compatible or not?

The 5450 uses about 13 watts of power at full load: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/HD_6670/20.html It's definitely compatible with your power supply; I'm using one in a mini-ITX with a 220-watt power supply.

No, when a PCIe x 16 video card is installed, the integrated graphics are disabled.
You need to but a card with two monitor connectors.

The Asus card has the low profile brackets. You will need to use a pair of pliers to remove the tall bracket if you do not have full size slots.
