Vostro 200 Video Not working
I just acquired a Vostro 200 That supposedly had a bad Power supply . I get it home and It powers up fine with no Beeps. When I plug the monitor up, it goes black. If I touch any button, it says in power save mode, etc. I've read all I can find on the subject, tested the monitor, tried another monitor (goes black when connected), tried another video card which gave the exact same results as the onboard card (ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series). My power supply is 300w if that helps in any way.

You might try installing a known good working power supply.
Power supply failures are a common nuisance.

I've actually tried that since I started this thread. . I had an extra, almost new 500w power supply that I switched out just to make sure it wasn't the problem. Still having the same issue.

In that case, the motherboard may be damaged. You might try removing the CMOS battery for a minute or so, or even replacing it with a new one.
