Sure I attached a picture.
I taped some paper towels inside the case before using my Dremel tool to cut the hole so that I avoided getting metal pieces and dust on sensitive circuits. Probably would have been safer to take the motherboard out of the case 1st, but that was too much work.
After installing, I put black electric tape on the top and bottom edges to make it look neater. This wasn't absolutely necessary.
Unfortunately there is not a setting in the BIOS to disable the Intel graphics attached to the motherboard HDMI port. As I attached a 4K TV to the MSI card (I was making my Vostro into a gaming unit for the playroom -- the colors on 4k are more bits than a standard display) I had an issue with the color settings were always screwed up on reboot. Since I didn't want the kids constantly wanting me to fix the colors in their games, I solved the problem by attaching a dummy display to the motherboard HDMI port. If Dell gave us I BIOS setting to turn off the internal graphics, this would be unnecessary. (Search on Amazon for CompuLab Display Emulator.)
Anyway, it works great. I've been playing Far Cry 4 on max settings on the 4K TV and it looks amazing -- games work best if you output 1920 x 1080 and let the TV upscale -- outputting 3840 x 2160 is supported but frame rates drop.
Good luck!

The Dell 220w power supply is lacking for most good video cards. The Nvidia GT640 site states,"Minimum System Power Requirement (W), 300w". The Vostro 270S functions fine on our 220w power supply with our PCIe x16 RGM3T Dell OEM Low Profile Nvidia GeForce GT620 video card.

I successfully added an MSI N750TI-2GD5TLP to one of mine. Had to cut a hole in the case to make space for the cooling fans.
GTX 750Ti claims it needs 400W power supply, but the original 220W one seems to be sufficient.
One issue is there is no BIOS setting to disable the onboard Intel Graphics. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Here's another picture.
I got it a bluetooth keyboard and mouse too. Makes it easier to sit across the room on the couch and play games.
