Where is the oRom update for the T3400?

When will Dell engineering release an oRom update for the T3400? I need to be able to utilize my onboard RAID controller for drives larger than 2 TB thanks.

I see the T3500 BIOS A14 got an oROm udpate to the latest oRom :( no fair!  http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/555/DriverDetails?DriverId=5W62M&FileId=2893550509&productCode=precision-t3500&urlProductCode=False

I have (2) 3TB drives I would love to be able to use in RAID 1 on the controller for storage. SSD works for boot drive just fine.

Anyone from Dell reading this?
