The T1500 only has a 350W powersupply (see "setup and features tech sheet" available from . That videocard recommends at least a 450W powersupply (see the downloadable manual from us.msi.com/.../N460GTX-M2D1GD5-OC2.html).

Dell powersupplies are generally pretty good (especially in the Precision line), but going 100W below the recommended Wattage is a stretch I think. I'd recommend to upgrade your powersupply or look for a lower wattage videocard (400W requirement is probably the max that your 350W powersupply can handle).
