Do you need the Win Server 2003 for testing purposes or production work.   If just for testing, I would use Virtual PC 2004 or Virtual PC 2007 and install the Win 2003 as a Virtual Machine.   Works well for just testing purposes or development work.

 

You can download a Free version of Virtual PC 2007 at www.microsoft.com/virtualpc.   I think the 2007 version will work on XP.    I used the 2004 for years and recently updated to 2007 because I am using Vista now and 2004 version did not support Vista.
