The error message relates to a hardware error pertaining to Warm Boot telling you that the computer is not able to reliably communicate with the hard drive.
This usually happens after you drop the laptop but in this case it was domestic violence.

There are no soft fixes for physical damage.
0xc00000e9 is permanent.
