XMS driver not installed

Yesterday, i moved my computer to my room. When i hooked everything up, i couldn't get passed the first screen (the black one with the dell logo in the top right hand corner with a lot of writing on it that says "press to enter setup) Once, it went to the login screen, but neither the keyboard or mouse would work. Then today, my father and i put the Dell Diagnostics disk in it. The disk would only start when we unplugged the keyboard and then plugged it back in. Then a black screen would come up and it says XMS drivers not installed Serious hardware problem, boot halted. what does this mean and what do we need to do?
Please help.
Thank you.

Hi

Check inside the box and make certain nothing has become loose or dislodged while moving it.

Did you drop the computer? Bump it up against anything? Anything that caused a little bit of a jarr?
You might have damaged an internal "organ".
Does your HDD ever startup? You may have damaged your HDD if you can't get past your bios.
