XPS 8900 i7 6700 w/ GTX 980 only 460 PSU Question

Hello I recently Purchased a Dell Computer off the Canadian Site.. Its a dell XPS8900 with an I7 6700 processor and gtx 980 video card with only a 460w power supply.. Dell techs say this card will support 3 or 4 monitors,, If i am running this computer with three displays while gaming, is a 460w Power Supply Enough.. How many watts will this setup draw at peak performance.. Thanks

Wow. When did Dell start shipping a GTX 980 in an XPS 8900 ?

We do not have the total wattage power draw number. My guess is three monitors running at 1920 will be fine. Running a game like Fall Out 4 on three monitors using the higher resolutions, 2560 and up, you could have issues.

Retail power supplies customers added to replace the Dell OEM 460w power supply =
Corsair AX760
Corsair AX750
Corsair CS750M
Cooler Master 750
Seasonic X650 Gold (SS-650KM Active PFC F3)

cool. If you get a chance, pull the cover, snap a pic and post it.

Also would be curious what GPU-Z reports in terms of graphics card speed etc.

Hopefully the link doesn't cause my post to get moderated.

No idea when they started doing this.. They have many option with the gtx 970 but only one configuration with the gtx 980.. I think it may only be available on the canadian site.. I am not sure if it is available on the American site. ..
