XPS 9100 w/ 21.5" Dell ST2210 Full HD Monitor w/ ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB GDDR5

Afternoon,

After trying multiple fixes (updated drivers, ATI CCC, FAQ etc) I'm still at a loss as to how to address the "border" between the actual picture on my monitor and the inside edge of my frame...

At first I thought a post by DELL-Chris M on May 4th  was going to resolve the issue but when I pull the ATI CCC up, switch to advanced mode and try to follow his great instructions I'm sunk before I can begin because there is no tiny arrow to click on.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated because the black border is about to drive me insane!!
