XPS Will not power up

I have a Gen 4 XPS Desktop. It has been running without issue for 3 years. I Powered it down to move the computer to a different location, and now I get nothing when I try to power it back up. I have plugged it directly to the wall, checked the case to make sure it is closed, I have done everything I can find in the troubleshooting guides. Is there a reset or some sort of procedure I can try before I attempt to replace the Power supply on this beast? The power supply is in the foot of the chassis and I don't see and easy way to get to it. There was no warning at all that the ps was bad or failing.

First just doubly make sure you pluged the cord all the way into the socket on the back of the system.

When you press the power button what are your indications?

Look at the color and the condition of the light in the powerbutton.

Look at your diagnostic lights.

Listen to hear if the fans and drives sping up.

The switch on the rear of the case is in the "on" position?

Where is this power button on the rear of the box? I am looking at the box and the schematic, there is no power button referenced.

Is there a switch that prevents the computer from starting if the case is open? If so, where is it located and can it be bypassed?
