Xcelerator Installation Query

Question

Hi all. I've done a search and gone through 56 pages, but still can't see any answer to this. The info on the Dell support area is all about how it works and about the drivers. Bought an Xcelerator off ebay without cables, and want to know how it connects internally. I don't have a TV tuner card yet. I know the Xcelerator front connectors pass through to it, so does the TV tuner card have to have a USB connector, which goes to the Xcelerator (a post on the forum by Chris M says it's a USB 2 device) ? I was thinking of a Hauppage HVR 1200 or 1250. Is this the only cable ? Where do the cable(s) go ? Does anyone have cable part numbers ? What's the general factory Dell setup ? I have an XPS 420 Q6600 if it helps. Many thanks Mark

........well Dell UK cannot help me, as they don't know what the parts are without a part number - so I'm caught in a catch22 as it were.

You have to smile !! Dell in the US or a friendly owner with the card seems to be my only hope.
