I found a answer to this problem  it said to up date RCU and ECU but cannot find how to do this. It suggest to go to Downloads but I cannot find a down load for this  can anyone help?

You normally only get this message when the system memory has changed for example when you add new ram and it usually is only at the first post after the change. Did you recently change your memory configuration?

No  it does it every time I switch on or reboot, It must be a fairly common problem as there is a standard reply on the Dell web  technical support site. that is where it says to go to Downloads but i cannot find it in downloads
