Yes, I downloaded CDENAB.EXE and made the boot disk, but it did not pass the test with error message of "this is for DOS 8 (not sure the number) only." I may be old and tired and did not get offered computer classes while in high school, but I am certainly not iliterate in computer.

I did a web search on the file not found and this site explains the startup disk contents and provides a link to dowmload the file you need http://www.techadvice.com/w98/S/Startup-Disk_w98.htm
