cant uninstall program

Question

i just bought a new netgear wireless usb adapter and i installed it but i installed the wrong settings so i tried to uninstall it under add or remove programs. It said it was successfully removed but it never went away.So i tried to put in the install cd to reinstall it. I selected install from cd but it went to the uninstall page. and once again it said it successfully removed but it never did. I repeated like twenty times with the same result.

wrhs2013, Boot into safemode and remove it there. When done, restart into normal mode and try to install it again. If still no go, join the Netgear Forum and ask their support.
