chipset intel ....

in supportassist and dell.com it said my inspiron 3847.. driver and downloads that a driver needed to update....chipset-intel management engine interface driver... verison 11.0.0.1153,A00..I downloaded and restart my computer, when I went to supportassist  and dell.com and both said the same thing update..chipset- intel management engine interface 11.0.0.1153,A00 driver again...I went to control panel...programs and features..and I look for intel management engine interface ....it was there the number was 11.0.0.1153 without A00....is there a diff and 11.0.0.1153,A00 and 11.0.0.1153...it said I did not update to driver... but in programs and feature it did

The driver is old and is the buggy version inbuilt into Windows 10 TH2. Install the latest driver from Intel (11.0.6.1194). This may install a slightly older version to suit your hardware but it will be more up to date than the 11.0.0.1153 version:
