Hi Blom98,
No, your Optiplex GX620 does not support that processor. The fastest supported CPU is an Intel Pentium D 960 3.6GHz..

The GX620 does not support sandy bridge processors and does not have the same socket as the core i3,i5,i7
Newer Dells Like the GX745 and GX755 and up support core2 duo and Core2 Quad processors that ARE much faster than the old
netburst Pentium D 960. The 2.0Ghz core 2 duo is much faster than the 3.6Ghz Pentium D 960.
