damaged windows disc for inspiron 530
hi, i have had this computer a while now (its out of warranty now) and my daughter had damaged both of my dell windows vista home premium sp1 disc's and was wondering how do i get another copy from dell, i have looked at the request cd from dell but its for usa only, i know i might have to pay but i dont know where to look.
also would i be able to change to a 64-bit os with my original 32-bit code? i have heard you can do this and i do have 4 gig of ram, would dell issue me with either?

Unless you have more than 4 GB of RAM the 64 bit version won't really get you anything. The available memory with 32 or 64 bit OS will be the same with a 4GB of RAM.
You can contact Dell for your area and see what their policy is, some areas have policies similar to Dell USA.
