.dbx file

I backed up a dbx file from microsoft outlook and now I can't seem to get outlook express to ackknowledge it. Anyone have an idea as to what I should do???? I had some good computer info. on this disk that I don't want to loose......THANKXXXX

I think a .dbx file is to be opened by something like Access, or similar database program.

I think you can open it with Excel also.

If it is a single .dbx file, you can move it into Outlook Express using the procedures I provide in my Tutorial Viewlets site (link below my signature).
