error problem

I have a Dell InspirionOne2020,it came preinstalled with windows8.I am getting blue screen with erroe message 0xc0000001.I t gives me three option retry.press F8 or press escape.I tried pushing F8 it takes me to another screen and gives me 9 options when I push any option it cuts off then cuts back on with same message.I press F12 and ran diagnostic one error pops up (2000-0243) with a validation code and also says USB controller error.Wont let me do anything else just keeps popping up the blue screen with the error message.Only had the desktop for 9 months now it didn't come with a CD.What do I do really cant afford to buy another one and repairs to desktop can be exspensive...........PLEASE HELP FAST......Me and my children have homework.......................Its a ALL-IN*ONE
