errors with ndis2sup.vxd during initial bootup

During my bootup right after it checks all the memory and the harddrives and cdrom,
it flashes a screen that says check bootlog text file to see errors, then it basically
reboots and starts up, (i get the blue dell screen twice before computer starts up).
When i check the bootlog file the only thing that fails at bootup is " ndis2sup.vxd" and
thats because it trys to load it twice.

"[00148E67] Loading Vxd = ndis2sup.vxd
[00148E68] LoadFailed = ndis2sup.vxd"

for some reason it is trying to load the ndis2sup.vxd file twice and i don't know where
to change it so it doesn't. Does anyone know where i can go to delete the loading of
the 2nd ndis2sup.vxd? It's really getting me mad because now it adds like an extra 2
minutes to my bootup time. It just started happening like 2 months ago.

Thanks Jon

As per the Microsoft Knowledge Base article HERE, the ndis2sup.vxd error in the bootlog is normal, and does not usually indicate an error.

Good to know that it doesn't matter that the 2nd existence is failing, but how do i remove it from bootup. Having it fail adds like 2 minutes to my bootup and it's driving me nuts.

Thanks,
Jonathan
