ethernet controller for dimension 8250

Hi, i re-format my Dell dimension 8250 with Windows XP pro SP3 and my  computer forgot the driver for the ethernet controller. I dont have any driver on my installation CD for this and i dont have the name of this ethernet controller. Ihave a service tag # [ADMIN NOTE: Service Tag removed per privacy policy] and i download the recommanded drivers for my pc but it doesn't word. Please tell me what the best drivers i will download??
