Assuming u have windows Xp go into Control Panel >Performance and Maintenance > Administrative Tools> open Computer Management
On the left window find Disk Management click it. Then on the right bottom frame, right click the drive of which you want to change the letter and select "Change Drive Letter and Paths". then change to the letter you want..
