get it to ask
when i click a file to be downloaded, windows doesn't ask me what i want to do... it automatically downloads to "temperary internet files".
how do i get windows to ask me " where i want to download it to"? there is nothing i know of to configure downloads in windows. there has got to be a way.
got to fix this because i've been to sites that tries to download programs just by entering the site, and of course i canceled. without being prompt it's going to download stuff without me knowing.
please, someones got to know a trick to change this.

i've been trying for 2 weeks, here, for an answer... nobody had a clue to how to correct this...
that MS link did not have it for anything other than Win9X... there were differences, but i used it to figure it out for WinMe.
thanks again...
