help me....PLEASE?????

Hey can somebody help me ? I have been having trouble with MSN and some pages coming up not able to find server.Dell said I had a damaged profile but everytime I try what they send ,it dosen't work!! This time they sent me to a link that said it was for laptops.....I have a desktop.I am going nuts not being able to access my groups at msn...can anyone hepl me???Thanks,Peggy

Maybe MSN was having problems. If you can access other websites, it may be MSN.

Antivirus software up to date and running? There's a nasty MSN virus making the rounds of late.

http://groups.msn.com/people?pgmarket=en-us says that MSN Chat/Groups is now a subscription service and it is difficult to get into today and page takes forever to load.
