Since XP is only 2 weeks away from end of life and will not be supported by Microsoft, it is better to keep the operating system you have now. You cannot download windows xp. You have to boot to your windows xp installation disk. Read this-- Support for XP Ending 4/8/14

It can be installed, but like Mary said, it's probably not worth the great effort it will require. If you want to install it, then better explain where you are getting stuck, as I did not understand your original post. Does your T3600 have a RAID/drive controller installed? If so, which one?

What Service Pack is on your XP media?
You should be using the AHCI/SATA driver from Dell:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00797050M/3/DRVR_SATA_Intel_A00_H22JH_f6flpy-XP32-setup_ZPE.exe
The file must be downloaded and run/extracted before use. It must be put on a floppy disk and loaded at the F6 prompt during Windows Setup. Alternatively, you can use nLiteOS.com to integrate the drivers into the installation media.
Have you considered installing XP as a virtual machine instead of installed physically on the hardware?

Hi,
Install load driver from floppy disk:
Boot from Window CD -> press F6 -> press S -> Choose the driver -> Enter to confirm and continue. Window loaded and it's said press F3 to quit.
So it's can not see the HDD to install window XP 32bit

What do you mean "can't install"? Be specific - what EXACTLY is it doing?

What is your BIOS version?
Can you see the drive info (make/model/size/etc.) in the BIOS?

"HDD sas Seagate 500GB"
I wanted to know if you could SEE the drive in the BIOS, but I suspect that you can't:
Your drive is SAS? If so, then it has to be connected to a RAID controller card, and whether it is in RAID or non-RAID mode is a different story.
You can open your computer to get details of the card the drive is connected to, or you can look for a CTRL-R prompt during POST to enter its configuration utility?

Hi,
in BIOS can not see the HDD. But, I can see it when select boot F12 (HDD SAS_0_0: ST500DM002-1BD142).
HDD'S Sata not SAS and there's not Raid controller card in the T3600. Cable connect the HDD to onboard only (All things connect onboard)

Hi,
Thanks for your support me so much !
I changed the Cable connect to mainboard (other port) and install OK. Because, this T3600's 6 port, so default fatory connected Service port.

You posted "SAS" in the description.
According to the documentation, there is NO "onboard" SAS port (as in higher-end machines, like the T5600), so if it were a SAS drive, it would have to be connected to a controller card.
The model number you posted is actually a SATA drive though. If you don't see it in the BIOS, I don't see how you can see it in the boot order. Ensure that in the BIOS whatever port the drive is connected to is enabled/on.
Can you see the drive if you boot to a Windows 7 or 8 DVD? If you set the SATA Operation to ATA, can you see the drive for the install then?
